Hacked

Hi, I've just been informed by a friend that my sky yahoo mail has been hacked. I've reset all my passwords etc however it appears all my emails have disappeared. Does anyone know what I should no now?

You could try Yahoo's recovery utility here:  https://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/account/recover-lost-deleted-emails-sln2552.html

 

Also make sure no filters have been set up. Typically a hacker will divert incoming emails to another email address.

We have the same problem, not sure how to restore the inbox/outbox.
