Tried the restore request to retrieve a deleted email but it's not working

I deleted an email by accident, before I could retrieve it the deleted folder had fillled up & deleted it itself.  I tried the 'restore request' but it doesn't seem to be working. Is there a way of getting the emil back please?

I don't think it's intended to restore permanently deleted emails. Unless you have a backup, your only hope is that it's an email you replied to, and quoted the original in your reply.

Look in your sent folder as there might be a copy of your reply along with the original email, if there isn't then it is gone for good.
