A two step varification has been set up on my account and it wasnt me. How can i get back into my account?

If you didn't set it up the only way to get it removed will be by calling Sky but sadly this might not be that easy to do as there is a team within Sky that can help but getting the front line call handlers to help to get your details past to them is where the issues could be.
