Frontier Mail how do I get rid of it?

As of yesterday I've been told that my emails are sending out saying they are from Frontier Mail and not showing any connection to myself. I contacted them and they told me to send £1 with my account details.

I need to get rid of this Frontier Mail heading as nobody will realise it is from me and not anwer it.  What can I do?

@pauline+love  Did you click a link to upgrade your Yahoo mailbox?  If so you've fallen for a scam.

Are you able to still login to your yahoo email account here https://www.sky.com/signin/email

I suspect you've been scammed.
If you can still sign into the mail account online check for any message rules which are forwarding your messages to another address & if there delete the rule. I'd also change your account password for Sky/Mail.

I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.

@pauline+love

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
