Finding older emails

Just wondering if theres a solution to this;

I am trying to find an email from 2009, it wasn't deleted and i am sure i've seen it a year or so ago.

This lead me to search for other emails and i cannot find anythig from over 6 years ago. This is a problem for me as i sometimes need to research products or parts i bought in the past.

Surely i should be able to search back to when i opened the account back before 2001 at least i would have thought.

any help appreciated.

Are you using the search or are you going through the folders where these emails are stored ?

From memory, Sky broadband, and therefore email, didn't start till 2006. so I doubt you had emails going back that long.

I was previously with Pipex, but as far as I can remember there was no option to migrate my emails to Sky..

My emails definately go back to 2007, which is when they moved to Google.

No help, I know, but I doubt  you had emails going back to 2001 via the Sky service.
