Error message on update phone details

I need to change my phone number details but when I access my details there is an error message like this attached

Also. My 2-step Authenticator is not on so it's not that.

@LisaC222 for clarity,  does this have anything to do with Sky Yahoo Mail - which is the forum you've posted in? Or is it simply your account contact details you're trying to change?

 

If you're using a browser,, as it seems from your screenshot, close all Sky websites and clear your browser cache, then try again.
