Please elaborate. I don't understand what you mean. What happens when you log in to your email via Sky.com?

It's unlikely that your email account has gone for good, unless you haven't regularly logged into it. From previous posts here, the problem is finding an adviser who knows how to deal with it. My account has been locked several times in the past and has eventually been unlocked after more or less to-ing and fro-ing with Sky.

Are you calling the number given in the 'locked' message?

Yes some people are very unhelpful with me I spent 1.5hours on the phone with technical support he esulated it and should of receive a call a few days later at a set time they did not call me. I've photo and video of my late mum in my email folders I'm devastated. never mind DNA results and other person stuff

I had this happen to me a few years ago @Sandraturnbulls so it is nothing against your personally. I was told it was locked for security reason but either way as @Mark39 has said the difficulty of finding someone to talk to who knows how to unlock your account.

Unfortunately, data protection is the very reason they can't just unlock your account.

It will have been locked for some perceived security breach. Mine was accessing the email with different I.P. addresses in a short time, caused by my new ISP putting me on a faulty line that was causing the router to reboot frequently.

If you are unable to pass the security checks they can not unlock it

However, having said that, is it just the email, or can you access your Sky account here?
