All my emails in my inbox have gone how do I restore them

@nikkimills69  Check they are not in the deleted folder, if they are not there they will be gone forever.

 

If you've replied to any the replies at least will be in the sent folder.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you using an email app? If so, log in via sky.com using your browser and check there. If they're missing you could try Yahoo's recovery process, but there's no guarantee that it will work: https://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/recover-lost-deleted-emails-sln2552.html
