On Tuesday around noon all the emails in my Inbox going back months disappeared. Many of the Folders with numerous emails going back years) were also empty too but my Sent folder was ok as were several other folders. This was on both my i-phone Yayoo Mail app and via Sky.com on my laptop. Sky customer services got me to close the app, reinstall and change the password to my account. No change so they escalated to "technical" with a 72 hour call back. After no call back I got no where & was told that it wasn't a problem at there end and was told they don't have an email escalation team but he'd escalate to their Mobile Technical team for a response within a week. TBH no faith in Sky at all.
How can I get my "old" Inbox & Folder emails back?
