Emails going into archive

My account was hacked, I've since managed to reset the password and get back in to my email, but new messages are going straight into archive not inbox. The help site says go to settings and then 'more settings' and check the filters, but I don't have a 'more settings' option??

If you're doing this on mobile device, you need to use desktop mode in the browser. Preferably use a PC.
