My email was hacked and when I eventually was able to access my emails all my emails are going directly into my deleted folder. Sky tech team advise that I need to go into settings and change email received settings however this option is not shown. Can anyone help please.

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make then logout and change your password:
