Hi, in general, my email account us working fine. However, emails sent to me from my daughter's business address have started to bounce back (they wete previously received withoutany issues). An error message has been received by the sender but I can't copy it on here for some reason.
Has anyone else experienced this please and what was the solution?

My daughter has sent me over the diagnostic message, but this doesn't specify a reason or give a code which is what makes it so difficult to work out.
I've tried copying it to post on here, but ended up with numerous emails' content. I am attaching a screenshot of the first part of the message for now if that helps at all?

Not that I am aware of. I certainly haven't personally set any up since I last received an email from the business address. I'm wondering if Sky have set any up during an update?
It certainly isn't related to content as my daughter sent the email to her personal email and then onto me with no issues at all.

Whatever is causing this issue it will not be down to Sky as Yahoo are the provider that runs the service and this might be one of these issues that you are never going to know what is causing it.
