When i call it tells me to go online but when I follow instructions it goes back to message above.
Had to remove numberas not allowed to post with it.

Find out moreI'm afraid you are going to have to call Sky about this so when you finger to talk to someone don't mention that your email account has been locked just say your Sky account has. It might take a few calls before you get through to someone who knows how to unlock it.
