When at home or out and using WiFi, all emails in my 'Mail' App on iPhone download without issue. When out using 5G, no emails download to my phone. I only see headers but no content. When I do a speed test on 5G I'm getting 120+ Mbps so do not understand what the connection issue is that only affects 5G use.

I don't know the cause, I'm afraid, but as your emails load correctly when you're using WiFi, it wouldn't appear to be a Sky Yahoo Mail issue. Perhaps a problem with the Mail app or a 5G networkimg issue of some kind.

Have yiu tried using a different email app to see if they will then download, perhaps the Outlook one ?
