Emails being sent to deleted/trash folder

How can I stop my genuine emails being sent to the Trash/deleted folder instead of the inbox? The spam emails are being sent to the spam folder but all my other emails end up in the deleted/tradh folder and not my inbox.

Go to Settings (the cog wheel) at the top of the page, then More Settings (at the bottom of the dropdown which opens) then Filters in the left hand pane. Delete anything there you didn't set up.

You'll need to do this on a desktop or laptop, or a mobile device in 'desktop mode'.

If there IS anything there that you don't recognise, it's typically what a scammer who has access to your account would set up, so change your password immediately.

@Josie26

If you did have to remove filters that you did not setup then as someone has accessed your account then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
