All of a sudden, when trying to download an email attachment I am getting the message 'Couldnt download - virus scan failed'. I have never had this problem before. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks.
What device are you using and what virus scanner are you using ?

How do you access your emails on your PC, are you logging into the Sky website or using an app ?

Does disabling AVG itself and not just the email scan allow it through ?
