Have received an email saying I have reached my email storage limit. An update is necessary. Is this a genuine email from sky/Yahoo. I think it's a phishing email so will block it after seeing who is sending it.

That is never a need for you to update anything when logging into your online Sky email account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't understand the error message you are getting, but I have been with Sky email since before they used Yahoo, and I have emails going back to 2007.
That is many. many, thousands of emails.
And yet, I have used less than 1% of the allowed storage.
So I think it unlikey the storage capacity is a problem.
