Email sky if issue

I've tried a number of times to change an email address on the sky ID! My mum used to have sky and set up her ID with my email! I have recently purchased sky and it won't let me see any of my details/account/billing it's all still under my mums name and address ! Any help like I said I've tried changing the email 100 times and it won't work there's always an error

Which Sky ID? You need to change the email address on your mum's Sky ID. Or use a different email address for your Sky ID.

My mum cancelled her subscription with sky but my email address is still linked to the account she no longer has and I need that email address for my own sky ID to check my bills are correct etc but everytime I go in to "my details" on the app or online it's still coming up with all my mums details her name and address etc but my email address and there's always an error message when I go to change it

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
