I need my phone number changed on my email account to be able to log into my email - I've changed my phone number and don't have access to the old number to get the 2 factor security authentication.
I also cannot remember the security password to enter this.
I called and requested this one month ago and it still hasn't been fixed.........
Please can you help fix this as I still can't access my email....
Please remove the two factor authentication from my account?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky days it takes 21 days to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. Give them a call to chase it up, as it has been longer.
