Email locked out

When I start my email program it's saying input your pass. It's not changed but when I re input my pass it fails . I can't log in and I can't change pass, it tells me my answers are wrong? (My surname and 1st address). I have rang sky and I get told some on will ring me, no one ever rings?

Says password is incorrect.  Can't reset password, I don't know my own surname or 1st address. Apparently

@stupidforum when did you last speak to Sky? Resetting your password shouldn't need a callback - providing the adviser knows what to do. I'd call them again. Tell them you can't log in to your Sky ID or reset your password. They're the same details as your Sky Yahoo Mail log in. No need to mention Sky Yahoo Mail which might be confusing them.

I managed to phone these clowns up. After the 3rd person I got through to India, I'll fix it, then a new person, again all the info. I'll fix it. Boom another person? He's like what's your problem?. I had to end the call my brain exploded.

 

When I get home we are going to cancel everything. VIP platinum user my **bleep**. Stick my 20 years up your ronson.

 

Never ever known a company as bad as this. Ever.

It's in my partner's name now. We couldn't link my original email to the account.

 

How I've been treated on the phone after 2 weeks of a nervous breakdown sorting out loads of accounts and stuff changing my emails from my sky to Google, some I can't do as they send verification to my sky one.  I'm done mentally broke.were canceling sky when I get home.
