Email hacked

Hi this is my first post on here as I am not getting anywhere with Sky . About 6 weeks ago I noticed suspicious activity on my email account and reported it immediately to Sky. I realised that I was being hacked there were emails in the draft, sent and deleted folders the inbox had ones read before I did so dozens of calls later and waiting for things to be done in the background nothing has changed. This week my bank informed me of unusual purchases which we managed to stop so now the hacking is getting serious. More calls to Sky more passing from pillar to post and still no further forward. Has anyone been in a similar situation and if so how did they resolve it, Sky customer services have been diabolical to say the least.

@doodrops so what have Sky actually said? Have you tried changing your password?

Have you reponded to any calls or emails that said they were from Sky as appears someone has got into your account.

For emails:

When logged in online go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
