Email account

Can't log in to my account,  no longer have old phone number. Changed my retrieval account but still asks me to verify through old phone number.

The phone number on your Sky account isn't what is used for your email verification so to change it on this you need to first sign in with the recovery code you made a note of when setting this up as this will turn it off allowing you to set it up again with your new mobile number.

As you didn't make a note of it as advised to do all you can do is to call Sky and adk

them to do this for you and it can take a few days for this to be completed if you get to talk to someone who knows the process. I believe you need to ask for the ID management team.
