Hi,
My Sky mailbox is over 15 years old and my folders structure is a mess. I'am trying to clean up the folder structure which I want to include sub-folders. I'am unable to do so within the Yahoo Web Mail. I can only see two options for folders.
- Create New Folder, which only creates a top level folder and does not give me the option to create a sub-folder.
- I click EDIT next to folders and it only then give me two options for folder. They are RENAME and DELETE. There is no option to MOVE folders to create a sub-folder structure.
I access my email across three devices, an iPhone, a Desktop PC and a Laptop. I can create a new folder and sub-folder structure on each device locally but the new structure does not sync across to the other devices or Yahoo Webmail.
I need to be able to create a new folder and sub-folder structure which replicates across all my devices and my Yahoo WebMail. Please can someone help as it is driving me insane.

I have no problems creating subfolders in Sky|Yahoo webmail, I can even create subfolders in the subfolders.
Do you not see the same options as I do?

On each of those how do you access your emails, so on the desktop PC and laptop do you login to the Sky website and on the iphone I take it you use the Yahoo email app ?

Re: Email Sync across multiple devices & creating a new folder structure
I have worked out how to create sub-folders. I had to switch to "New Sky Yahoo View" and now see the menu options.

Email Sync Across Devices and WebMail
I have three devices which I access and my email from.
- iPhone via the Yahoo App.
- Windows 11 laptop via local Outlook 2016 app.
- Windows 11 desktop via local Outlook 2016 app.
I do not use Yahoo Webmail or O365.
When I make changes within my mailbox such as deleting email and folders or filing email in to folder the changes never replicate and sync across all devices. The only way I can manage and sync my email across all devices is when I make changes within Yahoo Webmail which I never use.
How can I ensure that my mailbox stays in sync across all three devices without using Yahoo Webmail? I have searched for a setting and cannot find one.

Re: Email Sync Across Devices and WebMail
What settings are you using on the Outlook app(s), they will need to be set up as IMAP (and not POP) to sync correctly.
