Email Blocking

I can't receive emails from one site who have suggested that Sky may have blocked it. I can't see why tis would happen but as Sky don't demean themselves by auctually talking to customers I have been directed here.

Can anyone enlighten me?

@b.frawley I assume you've checked your Junk and Deleted folders as well as your Inbox? Have you also checked online if you're using an email app, by logging in to www.sky.com/signin/email

Does the sender receive a 'bounce' message which would give an explanation if Sky has blocked the emails?

We could possibly make suggestions, if we only knew what site it is.

Re: Email Blocking

Thanks for that Mark, yes I have done all the usual checks, unfortunately the sender doesn't get a 'bounce.'

It's my football club tickets email address  so they are not arriving, from that address, strangely I do get emails from different departments at the club.

I find it infuriating that I can't talk to anyone at Sky.
