@Jo354 if this is a Yahoo mail account (@ yahoo.com), rather than a Sky Yahoo mail account (@sky.com)., it's probably best to consult Yahoo.

I'm using Yahoo, and accessing my email through Google Chrome. I cleared all browsing history, closed Chrome. Re-opened Chrome and voila! I'm in!

 

I tried to repeat the trick on MS Edge, but that didn't work.


UPDATE: I was unable to access Yahoo Mail directly. I went to Yahoo home page (yahoo.co.uk) and logged into mail from there.

Mines just started working again for no reason at all. I'm guessing they were having server issues with some accounts, or they were migrating.

I done all that.  It came back, then went again, then back again.  On ok this morning, but see how the day goes.

Same problem this morning with both Edge and Chrome. Tried clearing the cacje, but still the same.

I contacted Sky yesterday due to the same message.  I had to reset my password to resolve and Sky removed the temporary block they had put on.  Someone had tried to access my emails I was advised.  Hope this helps.
