Two step verification not recognising my new phone

New phone same phone number. not receiving the 6 digit code for two step verification. cant find my recovery number ? can anyone help?

@Janice16 that's a call to Sky, I'm afraid. They'll be able to switch off 2 step login on your behalf. It won't be immediate.
