E-mails not being sent

[time+on+target]

It would seem that I am not receiving some e-mails through my Yahoo account and e-mails I have sent have not been sent although my sent box says so. Sky say this is a Yahoo problem but it seems difficult to contact them as the telphone number given is not recognised. Any advice would be appreciated.
