Some of my E mails are not being received .Sender receiving error codr 550:5.5.0
I have changed password the in box not full .tried deleting account and re loading .
receipt still intermittent >

These emails are being blocked by Yahoo's server, for some reason. We've seen in the past emails from specific domains being blocked (Hotmail, is an example, I think) or they might have been identified as spam. You could give Sky a call, but I doubt the front line advisers will know the cause.

Is this emails you are sending or that people are sending to you that is cauing this error ?
