Find out moreSo any email from a Hotmail account is not being delivered to your Sky email account, have you checked that there are no filters on your Sky account that could be causing issues. Do you know that they are being sent from these hotmail addresses and they are not being bounced back to them for any reason ?

So, as a test, I've sent myself an email from my Hotmail address, and no it hasn't arrived at my Sky address, not in inbox or spam.
Tried the same test to my Yahoo account, and that also hasn't arrived, so it looks like it's Yahoo blocking them.
Not much we can do about it, but if I get either email, or a "bounce" message, I'll update this thread.
Later I'll try the same tests, but from an Outlook address.

Tried sending from Hotmail address again, and nothing.
So it looks like Yahoo are actively blocking Hotmail, but not other Microsoft emails.

The first email iI sent at 14.48 yesterday gave a bounce message at 14:48 today, message was:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
my email address (my email address)
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.
For more information and tips to fix this issue see this article: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=389361.
So at least it wasn't blocked without a trace.
Why one got through (eventually) but the other didn't, and they were near identical, I don't know.
