That indicates it's not a problem with Sky Yahoo Mail, but rather an issue with the Outlook app you're using. You could try deleting your Sky Yahoo Mail account from the app and setting it up again, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app or perhaps trying a different app altogether.

Is this happening on an app that you use to access your emails or is it happening at Sky.com ?

Re: Duplication of sent emails.

Thank you for your reply. I have sky email. Had it for many years.

I have a Samsung phone and Samsung tablet. Every email I send it shows as twice in the folder.

The App I use for emails is outlook.

When I log on via sky.com and look at my sky account and then go to the mail there which is Yahoo it just shows as normal.

It is doing my head in.

@mkderby

When setting Outlook up again use these settings:

Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:

Incoming Mail (imap) Server:

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:
https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

Re: Duplication of sent emails.

OMG you are a true star, thank you,

I redid my Samsung phone and then Samsung tablet and all done.

No more duplicated sent emails, this has bugged me for months. I cannot thank you enough.

Have a great weekend
