Recently changed mobile numbers, and two step verification is sending the pass code to the old number.
Also lost the recovery number too. Is there a direct phone number to call? Tried using the one via Sky Contact Us and when I got through I was placed on hold while the person contacted the correct department, then lost connection after 45 minutes.

yeah Sky customer service is as much use as chocolate fire guard - called 3 times and 3 times been cut off during the call
