Discussion topic: Deleting cc addresses when forwarding mail.

When forwarding mail I used to highlight cc addresses and press delete. However, it now deletes entire mail/message. Can anyone advise? Many thanks

How are you accessing your emails, via an app or online at Sky.com ?

Assuming you mean you are using webmail, I can't duplicate the problem you describe. (i.e.. it works for me)

When you press delete anything that is highlighted will be deleted, are you sure you aren't highlighting more than you intended?

Try using a different browser, to see if it makes a difference.
