Have noticed that Inbox emails ane held for 6 ths then disappear. Do not show in delete or archive. On using Search no inbox mails show beyond 6 mths but all sent emails to search subject do.

@JBeee if you're using an app to access your email that wouldn't be unusual. They haven't disappeared, it's simply that the app only displays the more recent emails.
They should all still be there if you log in via sky,com, using your browser: www.sky.com/signin/email
