Contact auto suggest not working

When sending emails (Sky Yahoo) the contacts auto suggest has stopped working.  I use Edge and have tried also with Chrome.  Have cleared all cache's etc.  Any suggestions how to get this working again would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

I have the same problem.  Spoke to Sky, and the guy said he had the same problem.  Gave me a number for Yahoo which doesn't work!  Hope someone knows the answer.

Auto suggest now working but not before having my email hacked and needing help from Sky call centre taking hours to sort out.  I have to say it was after trying to get help from the iBot - which sent me round in circles- that my email was hacked.  Also my FB which is now deleted.

I doubt it could be responsible for @Janlizbar's email being hacked.

It's fairly new I believe.

I call the online chat "help" an iBot. That's probably not correct but it is an intelligent robot. Sort of. It's very good and sending you round in circles and explaining what all the features are just not what to do when they're not working.
