Changing password and log in details

Hi, my email has been hacked. I cannot change the password as I cannot remember 'My favourite teacher' from setting up the account 15 years ago. What can I do?

Did you set up a recovery email address which is not a Sky Yahoo email address? That's an alternative option, if so.

If you can't use your recovery email address, you'll have to call Sky to see if they can help.

Are you able to log in here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details? If so you can set a new security question.
