Change sky password

I very much doubt the problem is the Apple one, that usually results in "server not found".

To confirm they now have the coorrect password, ask them to try logging in here: https://sky.com/signin/email/ if that gives wrong password then they still don't have the correct password.

I didn't know I had 2 accounts at the same time,please remove the one with the least activity on it!! Thanks
