Change name yahoo email

Need to change name on email..all the help points to doing this....

Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address

However there is no 'more settings' just settings and no 'mailboxes....HHEEELLLPPPPP need to change ASAP

You need to use a desktop browser, or a mobile browser in desktop mode to access more settings.

I think you missed the fact I said a desktop browser. i.e. Chrome, Edge, Safari etc.

On what device? If it's an iPad you will need to change it to desktop mode.

I've used the link and safari and its just the same screen all the time which is the inbox list down the left hand side and no settings icon?

I am putting into the safari search bar yahoo and clicking on the Aa to change it to desktop site it doesn't change anything him about to launch my ipad out the window ;-( thank you for trying I don't know what I'm doing wrong....

Are you using your iPad in portrait mode if so turn it round so it is in landscape mode to see if this helps.

I've managed to use the desktop site on my mobile so thank you have found the mailbox settings and changed my name and guess what.... my phone is still showing as my old name not my new one ha ha....I give up would be easier to get re married! Thank you everyone
