Need to change name on email..all the help points to doing this....
Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address

Now that you have changed your name in the Sky|Yahoo settings, any new email you send will be recieved as from you new name.
The name setting on the phone itself, may be in a different place.

I think you missed the fact I said a desktop browser. i.e. Chrome, Edge, Safari etc.

Yep my screen looks nothing like that, and its a personal name change back to my maiden name 🙂

On what device? If it's an iPad you will need to change it to desktop mode.

I've used the link and safari and its just the same screen all the time which is the inbox list down the left hand side and no settings icon?

I am putting into the safari search bar yahoo and clicking on the Aa to change it to desktop site it doesn't change anything him about to launch my ipad out the window ;-( thank you for trying I don't know what I'm doing wrong....
