When i try to log into yahoo mail i do not receive the verification codes. I have phoned sky and on two occaisions after 45 mins plus the calls cut off. Im really frustrated not having access to email. Who do i contact it just seems to take forever.
I have reset just about everything even cleaned the sim card. I do not have the recovrry code. What next?

@GB74 you'll have to persevere with Customer Services, I'm afraid. In the absence of the Recovery Code, only they can turn off 2 step verification on your behalf.
We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can raise it via a private online chat, if you wish. However, they may direct you to call anyway, as I believe there's a specialist team that look after this.

Who do i call because i get passed around. I start with calling 150 but strangely they want to send a code to verify who i am. The code does not arrive.
