Cant get into emails, tried with code been sent several times & still not access. Message says account problem & contact number for assistance

It could be that your account has been locked so you will need to call to get it unlocked. You might find the first person you talk to doesn't know how to do it so just tell them you can't access your online Sky account and if they can't do it try again at another time.
