Unable to receive emails

Have tried logging into sky.com to access here and still unable to login

Spoke to sky who said go into settings and change delivery options and this isn't available o. The options

Have changed my password and still nothing

Also logged into outlook and no messages there either

What is happening when you try to login to access your emails at Sky.com ?

Can you login via this link:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

And select the email option at the top right of the page ?
