Some emails are not being received dispite them having the correct email address. Have checked this on my phone and PC.
not in junk either and over missed a few important emails

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf they were specifically 'bounced' the reason would have been emailed back to the sender. I'm not aware of any particular problem with Sky Yahoo Mail, but it might be just Yahoo servers on a go-slow.

It's been happening for weeks now and they haven't been receiving bouncy backs, the emails are just not coming through to me, or my husbands sky yahoo account either

I use my iPhone emails and also log on directly in the internet
