Cannot access sky emals.

When trying to access sky emails on any device, submit email address and password, then 2 step verification comes in, which I have not asked for, and gives a code which is sent to my messages and it does not appear, so cannot submit code and have tried this on many occasions and still the same problem, which is also happening on my ipads and iphone.  I have enquired on how to cancel 2 step, which I have never had and not asked for, but at present not successful.  Also after enquires I have also been advised it could be the server, also, to delete sky email account and then reload, which i have yet to do, but relucant unless absolutely necessary.  I have not received any emails on any device for about 3 days, so now getting a bit desperate as usually received quite a large amount each day.  Have deleted all unwanted emails, emptied trash bin and scam.  Haven been into my Microsoft account, as advised, to cancel 2 step verification, as yet not successful, have also turned off VPN to see if that makes a difference but that automatically kicks back in.  If I cannot access my emails, how will I know if someone replies to my by email, which I have just noticed below if box is ticked,  Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Your post is rather confusing, so lets try to take things one at a time.

Firstly 2FA has been enabled for everyone, there's nothing we can do about that.

When it says it is sending a code to your phone, are the last few digits shown your number?

I had this months ago sky said it was a problem they was dealing with it, and it was fixed a few days later but again I cannot access emails as it fails to send me the verification codes, it's been like this a week for me now

@swiss1971 are the codes being sent to the correct mobile number? See the post immediately before yours.
