Please help I can no longer get access my my sky.com emails which was previously yahoo. When I did have access it kept coming up wih a message asking me to sign in now or leave to later but when I tried it to sign in again there's errors and web pages can't be found. I've changed passwords and tried loads of things but keep going round in circles. I managed to get access when this happended a few weeks ago after changing my password but it has come up with the sign in again message whilst on it and when I select later it will not give me any new emails from after 20th Jan 24. I've rung Sky who have been of new use what so ever telling me because I do not use the sky equipment and haven't done for years they must have deleted my email address. Would they have done this?. Thanks

"Leave it to later" refers to two step authentication whereby if activated a code is sent to your mobile which you would then have to enter on the page to get signed in so if you don't want to do this then you do need to select leave it to later each time you sign in.

When I managed to get back in after this issue laat time it was all going OK then I got the 'you need to sign in tou youe email account' message again with an option of later or sign in. When I selected later it would then only display messages up to approx 20th Jan when I selected the sign in button its when it all goes disasterously wrong as I do the 2 step verification with the codes coming to my mobile but when entered I get error pages or pages not found. It just won't let me access. I have tried changing my password again successfully but nothing will allow access.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou mean when you enter the verification code you get errors or page not found? Try clearing your browser cache (cookies, temporary files etc) or try logging in via your browser's incognito/privacy mode.

Tried that and tried accessing on phone and laptop and still no access
