Cannot access email

Each time I try to access my Sky (or Yahoo) email via the Microsoft Edge browser on my desktop PC, I get the error message at the bottom of my post. I have tried everything listed on Problems accessing Sky Yahoo Mail | Sky Help | Sky.com and none of those have worked.

 

"Hmmm… can't reach this page

Check if there is a typo in guce.yahoo.com.

 

  • If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close it down and load it up again before trying to access your account via this link:

Does it work if you use a different browser than Edge ?

Unfortunately not - I have tried it in Chrome and still get the same error.

Do you se Adblock, if so see what happens if you disable it.

I don't have an adblocker, but somehow the issue has spontaneously resolved itself - I do not know how or why.

 

But thanks for your help on this!
