Cannot access email at all

I get the following message when I try to log in:

 

"Account problem

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we have encountered a problem with your account.
Please contact [number] for further assistance."

 

I have called that number but was fobbed off.

 

Please help!

Call the number again and tell then you can't access your Sky account due to that message, do not mention email as you might be wrongly told to go to Yahoo.
