Cannot access Emails

I've now got Outlook working ok. 
when I logged onto sky.com and went to Yahoo mail drop down and clicked the page said Access denied you do not have authority to access this page. 
this happeyfirst thing this morning, I left it for an hour and tried again, it now works correctly. Ya hoo!!
