Purchased a new phone gone to sign in through yahoo into my sky email account and I can't access, telling me to sign in with a different password go to do that and then it doesn't accept new password once it's reset.
can not sign in through any devise at all definitely a sky issue on not yahoo.
was on the phone last night with technical team even they couldn't sort told me they would phone back today at 9am as you can guess they never did! Useless!! Waste of time

Hi I'm using a I phone works fine on my old phone I can sign out and back in but I need to delete the old phone and I can't access the emails through yahoo on any device even the sky web site when I try to sign in direct.
like I've said I was on the phone over a hr the other day to technical team at sky even they gave up and said would phone the next day and never did.

I am having the same issue. I have phoned yahoo in the states they have said its sky. Sky have said phone yahoo

I'm afraid that's common. If it's an email account ending in sky.com it's unequivocally a Sky issue.
