Can’t reset email with recovery code

I have a new mobile phone number so cannot get my recovery code to reset my email password what can I do?

If you didn't make a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you'll have to contact Sky and they'll be able to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. It may take a while, however. You can then set up 2 step login again with your new mobile number.
