I was having problems receiving emails so I deleted my sky yahoo email account from my iPhone and attempted to reinstall it. I'm unable to do so as it says the password is incorrect. I've changed the password and can log into my sky account with my sky ID and new password but can't log in using the same password with my sky email address. And I can't access yahoo from the sky.com page as I just get a sorry message, can't create a new yahoo mail account. Going round in circles. Can anyone help? Do I have two separate sky accounts - one with sky ID and another with sky email?

I think I've finally sorted it by finding the old password from years and years ago - it worked! But I still need to resolve the issue of having two separate sky accounts - will call tomorrow.

No, it seems I have two different logins, one with my sky ID and another with my sky email address. Both with different passwords. I guess they weren't merged properly when sky IDs came in. I've even found another old login with a different ID, password and old email address.
