I can't open any attachments in any emails?? It just won't load and open.

What's the format of the attachments (pdf, jpg, doc, xls etc) and do you have a suitable app to open them with?

I'm not sure how to do it, it's showing all scrambled symbols & letters, it's my wage slips I need to access

How are you reading your emails? (browser or app)

If you are using a browser, try using Edge as that can open PDFs, other wise just download a PDF reader.
